I am an ICF and CTA certified life-coach, specializing in relationships and conflict resolution. I am also certified in RTT© Hypnotherapy. I am a Rapid Transformational Therapist highly skilled in Hypnosis and skills that help you develop sustainable change in rewiring core beliefs and patterns.

I am a divorced mother of three children. I grew up in Plano, Texas, a Dallas suburb. I attended and graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1997. I received my Cosmetology license in 1997 and became a flourishing, successful hairstylist for most of my 27 year career. I have owned my own business for over 17 of those years. I found myself coaching many clients from behind the chair while styling.  I realized I was constantly handing out tools to help my struggling hair clients with relationship conflict, even as it related to the relationship with themselves. Listening to all their life experiences and stories, I had already started to develop a strategy to help people.

I feel a strong reason most of us overcome things and heal is because we have made mistakes that lead to making choices through our reactions. Learning to become “non-reactionary” is half the battle. 

As I continuously listened to all the cycles of conflict and relationship behavior issues throughout the course of 20 plus years, I developed a passion for the study of neuroscience, the human brain, behavioral changes, and all the different levels of emotional intelligence, Law of Attraction, as well as Hypnotherapy.   I am constantly reading and diving into new studies, such as  Self-Therapy IFS training.

While I do not have plans to put down the scissors just yet, I have happily entered into the world of  Life-Coaching a few years ago and I am thoroughly enjoying the passion it stirs within.
